UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is currently £4.99 per order.

Delivery availability and estimated delivery times should be confirmed before ordering. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date.

Order Processing

Some parts are sourced from suppliers after an order is placed rather than held in our own warehouse. Availability and vehicle compatibility must be confirmed before we make a product available to order.

Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange supply and dispatch. If a part cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate refund. A paid order does not mean the part has already been dispatched.

For compatibility checks, please contact us with the vehicle registration, make, model, engine and year before purchasing if unsure.

Cancellations and Returns

Eligible UK online purchases generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period after delivery, subject to exceptions. Customers generally then have a further 14 days to return cancelled goods.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods may qualify for additional remedies under UK consumer law.

Requesting a Return

Email kariuki_john@icloud.com with your order reference before sending goods back, as a returns address has not yet been published.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, original standard delivery-charge refunds and return costs will be handled according to applicable UK consumer law.
